Alan Ketterling Bio
Alan Ketterling is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience working with families, marriage/relationships, and individuals experiencing difficulties and challenges. He has worked for non-profits leading teams of therapists in evidence-based models of therapy for youth and families and has provided consultations to other agency in these same treatment modalities. Alan's hope is to provide you with a compassionate and caring atmosphere to utilize your strengths to achieve the fullness of life and connection with those you love.
Alan is skilled in helping those deal with family/relationship issues, men's issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, grief and loss, and other mental issues. He uses various elements of family systems, Emotionally Focused Couples therapy techniques, DBT, CBT, and ACT skills. Alan individualizes his approach to the person and will work to help you feel comfortable and safe in the therapy process.
