Zoe Counseling Center

Area of Focus Helping couples, adults, and adolescents explore their challenges particularly in their Catholic faith, relationships, and past trauma.

One of the toughest parts about going to therapy is actually starting it in the first place. Thank you for your bravery and trust in this process. I look forward to being a part of your journey toward healing and growth. My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful. I believe you are the expert of your own life—you already have the strengths and wisdom to create change. I enjoy building a collaborative experience where we can work together to discover strengths, achieve goals, and find new meaning.

I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life and am especially passionate about helping couples understand the patterns that keep them disconnected and learn how to rebuild closeness. I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy in my work with individuals.

I am also trained in EMDR therapy to help clients safely process and heal from trauma and painful past experiences. I received my Master's of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. I am currently under clinical supervision working towards independent licensure.
